App Overview

Connfig is a SaaS application that brings business data collection (lead scraping), customer management (CRM), and email marketing together under one roof. You can access the app at https://app.connfig.com. All of your work is organized inside workspaces; each workspace has its own data pool, CRM records, and team members.

Modules

• Getting Started — Signing up and the 4-step onboarding flow (name, avatar, workspace, plan selection).
• Workspaces & Team — Creating, renaming, and deleting workspaces, and inviting members by email; member permissions are managed per module.
• Lead Generation (Scraping) — Start scrape jobs that collect business data from Google Maps based on your search terms and location.
• Data Pool — The table where you view, edit, export to Excel, and send to CRM every business record collected by your scrapes.
• CRM — Tasks, notes, call logs, calendar, and email history on customer records; add customers manually or in bulk via Excel.
• Campaigns — Send bulk email campaigns to contacts from your CRM and data pool.
• Templates, Queue & History — Save campaign templates and monitor the sending queue and past campaigns.
• Sending Domains — Verify your own domain and send campaign emails from it.
• Automations — Workflows that run automatically on specific triggers.
• Reports — Reports on lead generation, CRM growth, and email performance.
• Settings & Billing — Profile, language, plan, and subscription management.
