Reports

Overview, email, CRM growth, lead generation, and activity reports

The Reports page lets you analyze all sales and marketing activity in your workspace from a single place. It has five tabs: Overview, Email, CRM, Lead Gen, and Activity Logs. Data loads for the active workspace; the workspace owner always has access, while members need the "reports" permission.

Overview tab

Summarizes the businesses that have any mail or call activity:

  • Stat cards: filtered/total businesses, mails sent, mails scheduled, calls made, calls scheduled.
  • Filters: search by business name/city; status filter (mail, call, favorites); time filter (today, yesterday, last 7/14/30 days, this month, last 3 months, this year, or a custom date range); category and city filters.
  • Category and city analysis: the top 10 categories and cities by record count, each with its mail/call counts.
  • Tracked businesses table: business name, city, mail status (not sent/sent/scheduled), call status, and last update; every column is sortable.

Email tab (daily email report)

Shows a daily series derived from the workspace's mail records: for each day, the counts of sent, delivered, opened, clicked, and bounced emails. Select a date range to inspect a specific period. For a per-campaign breakdown, use the Campaign History page.

CRM tab (growth report)

Shows how your CRM is growing: the number of new CRM records added per day within the selected date range. Deleted records are excluded from the counts. This chart is the quickest way to track how lead collection and manual data entry translate into CRM growth.

Lead Gen tab

Analyzes the output of your lead generation (scraping) jobs; only completed jobs are counted:

  • Trend: leads generated and jobs completed per day.
  • Category distribution: the top 10 categories by search terms.
  • City distribution: leads generated per city, top 10 cities.

Activity Logs tab

Shows a log of user and system activity in the workspace, useful for auditing what team members did and when.

Mini scenarios

Scenario 1 — Weekly performance check: A marketer reviews the previous week every Monday. On the Overview tab they set the time filter to "Last 7 days" and see how many businesses were emailed and called. They then switch to the Email tab and look at the daily delivered/opened curve; if they spot a day where opens dropped, they revisit that day's campaign subject line.

Scenario 2 — Which city to focus on?: A team lead wants to decide where to spend the lead generation budget. On the Lead Gen tab they check the city distribution: the most leads came from Izmir, but the city analysis on the Overview tab shows few emails were sent to Izmir. They ask the team to prepare a new campaign for records tagged with Izmir.
