Data Pool
Viewing, editing, and exporting the business data collected by your scrapes
The Data Pool is the table that lists, per workspace, every business record (lead) collected by your scrape jobs. You can filter and search records, track statuses and notes on them, export them to Excel, and send your selection to the CRM in one click. As a member you need the data_pool permission to access this page.
Viewing data
- Open the Data Pool page from the left menu. The active workspace name and the total business count are shown at the top of the page.
- The table is paginated; you can narrow records down with the search box and filters.
- If a scrape is in progress, a status indicator appears in the same area; when the job finishes, the table refreshes automatically and a "new data arrived" toast appears.
Editing records
You can update the following fields on each lead record:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Mail status | E.g. not sent / sent tracking (mailStatus) |
| Call status | Phone call tracking (callStatus) |
| Notes | Free-text notes on the record |
| Archive | Archive the record and set it apart from the list |
| Favorite | Mark the record as a favorite |
Editing is available to the workspace owner and to members with the data_pool permission.
Bulk actions
- Selection: Select rows one by one or the whole page at once; "select filtered" adds every record matching the current filter to the selection.
- Export to Excel: Downloads the selected records as an .xlsx file. For very large selections the export is offloaded to a background job and you get a notification when the file is ready.
- Send to CRM: Promotes the selected leads to the CRM. Records that were previously added to the CRM and deleted are detected and can be restored on request; existing records are not duplicated.
The lead's email and phone details are copied over during CRM promotion. If you used Leads Enrichment during the scrape, the people found are automatically added to the CRM record as contact cards.
Mini scenarios
A marketer wants to sift through yesterday's scrape results: They open the Data Pool, filter to records that have a website, archive the irrelevant ones, then select the remaining 40 records and use Send to CRM to move them to the list the sales team will work on.
A team member needs to report the customer list outside the agency: They filter to only favorite-marked records, select all of them, and use Export to Excel to download a date-stamped .xlsx file to share with their manager.
