Getting Started

Signing up for Connfig, the onboarding steps, and your first login

To start using Connfig, create an account at https://app.connfig.com. After signing up you are greeted by a short 4-step onboarding flow: display name, avatar, workspace, and plan selection. Once onboarding is complete you are taken straight to the app's main screen.

Signing up

  1. Go to https://app.connfig.com and create your account from the sign-up screen.
  2. If you received a workspace invite email, the invite link takes you directly to the registration page; as soon as your account is created you automatically join that workspace.
  3. After logging in, you are automatically redirected to the onboarding screen if onboarding is not yet complete.

Your current onboarding step is stored in the database. Even if you refresh the page or log out and back in, you resume exactly where you left off.

Step 1: Name

  • Enter your display name. This field is required and cannot be left empty.
  • On the same screen you can pick the interface language (Turkish / English).
  • Click Continue to move to the next step.

Step 2: Avatar

  • Pick an avatar color from 18 presets, or click Upload Photo to use your own image.
  • The uploaded file must be an image and must not exceed 2 MB.
  • This step is optional; you can choose Skip for now and continue without an avatar.

Step 3: Workspace

  • Give your first workspace a name and continue. The workspace name is required, and you cannot create a second workspace with the same name.
  • If you already created a workspace earlier (or joined one via an invite), this step shows your existing workspace and lets you continue with it.
  • You can create more workspaces later, within your plan limit.

Step 4: Plan selection

  • Switch between the monthly / yearly billing tabs to compare plans.
  • The Free plan requires no card details; choosing "Start free" completes onboarding directly. The Free plan includes 1 workspace, 1 seat, 25 places of data per month, and 25 manual CRM records; you cannot send campaign emails.
  • Paid plan limits vary by plan; see the /pricing page for current prices and limits.
  • If you pick a paid plan, you are taken to the payment flow. If a trial or a plan was pre-assigned to your account, this step shows your ready plan and you simply continue.

Once plan selection is done, you land on the app's main screen and all modules are ready to use.

Mini scenarios

A marketer wants to open an account quickly to try it with their team: They sign up, enter their name, skip the avatar step with "Skip for now", name their workspace "Marketing", and complete onboarding on the Free plan without entering a card. Then they start their first scrape from the Lead Generation page.

A team member arriving via invite: They click the invite link in their email, fill in the registration form, and as soon as the account is created they see the workspace they were invited to on screen; they finish onboarding without having to create their own workspace and start working in the team's CRM.
